Raymond Kisun, Founder & CEO
Raymond brings 30 years of experience in business planning, financing, and execution, offering a balanced approach to managing expectations in early-stage investment, acceleration capital, and exit strategies. With banking and wealth management experience, he is a catalyst for deal origination at Celaris, coordinating stakeholder involvement and negotiating terms for key targets.
Henry Chow, Founder & CFO
Henry is a Chartered Professional Accountant licensed in British Columbia, Canada. His 20 years+ of professional experience includes working with both private and public companies, including assurance services for regulatory filings in both Canada and the US, initial public offerings, M&A, financial reporting and statement preparation, and executive roles as CFO, Director, or Audit Committee Member
Ned Araujo, US Lead
Ned Ned J. Araújo is a California Registered Civil Engineer with over 35 years of experience.
In 2008, Ned began providing design and development services to multiple utility/community solar developments in San Bernardino County. The multiple projects, ranging from 1.5 MW to 12 MW, allow for electricity to be connected to existing distribution lines.
Ned’s experienced includes permitting of a 6,500 Acre site, 750 MW solar build.
He directs the assessment required in meeting Celaris objectives.
Martin Pow, Audit, Risk & Corporate Governance
Martin has over 30 years experience successfully creating and leading multiple Internal Audit and Risk practices for educational organizations, financial institutions, and public companies. Recently, Martin established the Enterprise Risk and Resilience function for a national Canadian banking group. With Celaris, Martin will utilize his strong leadership skills and energy sector knowledge to support the organizations Global Enterprise Risk, Internal Audit, Corporate Governance, and Compliance objectives.
