Own & Operate
Celaris provides late-stage development capital, construction financing, & tax equity for an ownership stake in projects. In addition to managing dedicated sponsor funds, we internally source and structure both tax equity and debt through strategic partnerships designed to maximize scale and efficiency. Our team collaborates with renewables developers to acquire assets at various stages, including both pre-construction and post-construction phases
Project Development
Planning and long-term channel partnerships is a core focus of our project development initiatives, providing Celaris with active participation in the subject properties and delivery of sustainable solutions in meeting the needs of our clients. Often times, the goal in these situations is to convert non-performing assets into revenue generating assets through a combination of land and energy development.

C&I Rooftop
Working with property management companies and building owners, Celaris seeks to deploy and own renewable solutions.
Behind-the-Meter solar PV and battery energy storage systems can be utilized by industrial property owners to significantly cut costs on monthly utility spend, as well as creating additional revenue streams by exporting excess energy production back to the grid in select regions.
Offering a Power Purchase Agreement for C&I rooftop solar systems enables building owners to secure predictable energy costs, environmental benefits, and enhance property value – all without upfront investment or operational responsibility.

Grount Mount
Our approach stems from relationships and interests with project developers and ground lease investment capital that offers access to various opportunities whereby renewable energy assets can be deployed to provide energy to an off taker, and resiliency services to the local electric utility.
Working with our trusted and experienced development stakeholder partners, Celaris supports the entire development process including site analysis, initial system design and permitting, interconnection and construction, and post-installation asset management.

Energy Storage
Energy storage systems are becoming increasingly valuable to the power grid as they can be utilized to enhance grid stability, optimize renewable energy use, reduce peak demand costs, and improve energy resilience.
Energy storage projects are strategic investments that enable renewable deployment and load growth, support long-term sustainability and efficiency of the power grid, and are getting increasingly energy dense meaning that the capital deployed per acre is currently among the highest of any investment asset on the market today.
